INGREDIENTS
  • 1,000 gr. Soft Cookies Blend
  • 350 gr. margarine
  • 75 gr. water
  • 300 gr. chocolate drops or raisins or dry nuts
METHOD
  1. Incorporate 1,000 gr. of the mixture with 350 gr. margarine and 75 gr. water for 3 minutes on the 1st mixer speed
  2. Add 300 gr. chocolate drops or raisins or dry nuts and incorporate for 1 more minute
  3. Shape and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes
