INGREDIENTS
  • 800 gr. Cookies Blend
  • 200 gr. flour
  • 300 gr. margarine
  • 100 gr. oil
  • 140 gr. water
  • 100 gr. cognac
  • 5 gr. cinnamon
METHOD
  1. Incorporate all the ingredients together
  2. Incorporate for 3 minutes on the 1st mixer speed
  3. Shape and bake at 190°C
