- 1.000 gr. Crepa Mix
- 1.500 gr. water
METHOD
- Mix 1.000 gr. of the mixture with 1.500-1.750 gr. water
- Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes
- Prepare the recipes as you normally would for this product
