Cheese Cake Base
INGREDIENTS
- 1,000 gr. Cheese Cake Base Mix
- 2,500 gr. cold water
- 300 gr. cream cheese
METHOD
- Incorporate 1,000 gr. of the mixture with 2,500 gr. cold water and 300 gr. cream cheese
- Beat for 5 minutes on the 3rd mixer speed
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
