Donuts with Donut Blend

INGREDIENTS
- 1,000 gr. Donuts Blend
- 430-450 gr. water
- 50 gr. yeast
METHOD
- Incorporate all the ingredients together
- Incorporate on the 2nd speed for 8 - 10 minutes
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes
- Incorporate for 5 minutes
- Allow to rest for 20 minutes
- Cut the dough into balls. Allow to rest for 20 minutes
- Shape and ferment for 30 minutes at (35°C with a humidity of 65% RH)
- Fry at 180°C - 190°C until they turn golden brown
