INGREDIENTS
- 1.000 gr. Loukoumades Mix
- 800 gr. water
- 50 gr. yeast
METHOD
- Incorporate all the ingredients together
- Incorporate on the 2nd speed for 8 - 10 minutes
- Ferment for 30 minutes (35°C, 65% RH)
- Shape. Fry at 180°C - 190°C
- Pour over cold honey syrup (32 grade)
