Mini pancakes with honey and fruits
INGREDIENTS
- 1.000g Pancake Complete
- 1.000g water
- raspberries
- blueberries
- honey
- walnuts
METHOD
- In a medium bowl whisk together Pancake Complete Mix and water until smooth.
- Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the pan in 180°C.
- Put the dough in a squeeze bottle and make mini pancakes.
- When ready, serve them in a deep bowl and garnish with honey, raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts.
