Mini pancakes with honey and fruits
INGREDIENTS
  • 1.000g  Pancake Complete
  • 1.000g water
  • raspberries 
  • blueberries 
  • honey
  • walnuts
METHOD
  1. In a medium bowl whisk together Pancake Complete Mix and water until smooth.
  2. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.  
  3. Preheat the pan in 180°C.
  4. Put the dough in a squeeze bottle and make mini pancakes. 
  5. When ready, serve them in a deep bowl and garnish with honey, raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts.
