Wholewheat Crepe

INGREDIENTS
- 1.000 gr. Wholewheat Crepe mix
- 1.500 gr. water
METHOD
- Mix the mixture with water for 3 minutes in 2nd gear of the mixer.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes and spread the mix in a preheated crepe machine ( 160-180°C). Fry each side for about 2 minutes.
