INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  1. Mix the mixture with water for 3 minutes in 2nd gear of the mixer.
  2. Rest the dough for 10 minutes and spread the mix in a preheated crepe machine ( 160-180°C). Fry each side for about 2 minutes.
