Red Velvet Waffle

INGREDIENTS
- 1.000 gr. Red Velvet Waffle mix
- 1.000 gr. water
METHOD
- Mix the mixture with water for 5 minutes in 2nd gear of the mixer.
- Rest the dough for 30 minutes and spread the mix in a preheated waffle machine (200°C). Fry each side for about 3,5 minutes.
