Savoury Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1.000 gr. Salty Pancake mix
- 1.000 gr. water
METHOD
- Mix the mixture with water for 3 minutes in 2nd gear of the mixer.
- Rest the dough for 15 minutes and spread the mix in a preheated crepe machine (180-190°C) or buttered pan. Fry each side for about 2 minutes.
