INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  1. Incorporate 1,000 gr. premix with 500 gr. water and 50 gr. yeast
  2. Incorporate for 5 minutes on the 1st speed and for 10 minutes on the 2nd speed
  3. Add 50 gr. oil and incorporate for 1 more minute
  4. Allow to rest for 60 minutes
  5. Shape and ferment for 30 minutes
  6. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes for 25 minutes (120 gr.) or 45 minutes (450-500 gr.)
