Bread Sticks with Chia Seeds
INGREDIENTS
  • 500 gr. Atlantis mix
  • 1,200 gr. flour
  • 600 gr. wine
  • 500 gr. oil
  • 250 gr. butter
  • 60 gr. cognac
  • 60 gr. sugar
  • 30 gr. baking powder
METHOD
  1. Using a flat beater, incorporate all the ingredients together, except for the wine, in a mixer for 3 minutes at low speed and for 2 minutes at high speed
  2. When you change the speed from low to high, add the wine.
  3. Shape the dough as desired
  4. Steam bake at bread temperature (210°C) for 25 to 35 minutes
