Sporenio Bread Sticks
INGREDIENTS
  • 1,000 gr. Sporenio Premix
  • 3,000 gr. soft flour
  • 120 gr. sugar
  • 120 gr. baking powder
  • 650 gr. oil
  • 350 gr. margarine
  • 1,650 gr. wine
METHOD
  1. Incorporate 1,000 gr. premix with 3,000 gr. soft flour, 120 gr. sugar, 120 gr. baking powder, 650 gr. oil, 350 gr. margarine and 1,650 gr. wine
  2. Incorporate all the ingredients together for 5-7 minutes, except for the wine
  3. Add the wine when the fats have been absorbed by the flour and incorporate for 5 minutes
  4. Shape and after wetting, mix together with the grains
  5. Bake at bread temperature for 25-35 minutes
