Sporenio Bread Sticks
INGREDIENTS
- 1,000 gr. Sporenio Premix
- 3,000 gr. soft flour
- 120 gr. sugar
- 120 gr. baking powder
- 650 gr. oil
- 350 gr. margarine
- 1,650 gr. wine
METHOD
- Incorporate 1,000 gr. premix with 3,000 gr. soft flour, 120 gr. sugar, 120 gr. baking powder, 650 gr. oil, 350 gr. margarine and 1,650 gr. wine
- Incorporate all the ingredients together for 5-7 minutes, except for the wine
- Add the wine when the fats have been absorbed by the flour and incorporate for 5 minutes
- Shape and after wetting, mix together with the grains
- Bake at bread temperature for 25-35 minutes
