Beet and Dry Nut Breadsticks
INGREDIENTS
  • 1.000 gr. mix Napoleon Bread Mix
  • 430 gr. water
  • 35 gr. baking powder
  • 100 gr. oil or margarine
METHOD
  1. Mix 1,000 gr. of the mix with 430 gr. water, 35 gr. baking powder and 100 gr. oil or margarine
  2. Knead for 2 minutes on the 1st speed and for 4 minutes on the 2nd speed of the mixer
  3. Shape
  4. Bake at 210oC with steam for 25 minutes
