As part of its ongoing professional training, Kenfood organized baking seminars at the Loulis Mills plant in Keratsini and in Sourpi,and in Thessaloniki for its Northern Greece customers.

Presented at the seminars was a large range of products with tsoureki as their base, so that professionals could offer their customers tasty snacks all day long, using the dough as a base!

For example, tsoureki, sweet and savory bread sticks, sultana bread, Danish and Austrian pastries!

In addition, the technical consultants focused on the new product, namely the oat cookies mix, with which professionals can prepare nutritional cookies and oat bars,

to meet the needs of the most  demanding customer! Kenfood will continue to organize various seminars with renewed topics aimed at providing bakers with training on new products and market trends.
